What are the dimensions of the Transformer Table?

The Transformer Table measures 76.2 cm in height and 95.3 cm in width. Its length ranges from 45.7 cm in console mode to 299.7 cm when fully extended, using five modular extension panels, each 50.8 cm long. This means you can comfortably seat 2 to 12 guests depending on your needs. Whether it’s a cozy family dinner or a full gathering, this extendable dining table offers the flexibility and functionality to match any dining occasion while preserving valuable space.

How do I clean my wood dining table?

To keep your wood dining table looking its best, dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For a deeper clean, use a slightly damp lint-free cloth with a gentle, wood-safe cleaner and always wipe in the direction of the grain. Moreover, avoid harsh chemicals or soaking the surface, as this can damage the finish. Proper maintenance not only preserves the table’s polished look but also extends its lifespan, making it a long-term centrepiece in your home whether used daily or for entertaining.

How do I protect my wood dining table from scratches?

To protect your wood dining table from scratches, use placemats, coasters, and table runners during meals, especially when serving hot dishes or using metal cutlery. You can also attach felt pads to the base of chairs and decorative items, and avoid dragging objects across the surface. Moreover, regularly dusting with a microfiber cloth helps prevent buildup that can cause micro-abrasions. These simple precautions will help maintain the pristine condition of your extendable dining table and ensure your dining space remains stylish and well-kept.

What size dining table do I need to buy?

The right dining table size depends on your available space and how you host. The Transformer Dining Set – The Gathering is ideal for those who want flexibility. It begins at 45.7 cm and extends up to 299.7 cm, allowing you to seat 2 to 12 people without needing additional furniture. This means you can host a large dinner one night and return to a minimal footprint the next. The Transformer Table is the perfect space saving dining table for households that prioritize both form and function.

General information

What is an extendable dining table?

An extendable dining table is a smart, space-saving solution designed for homes where flexibility matters. Featuring hidden extension panels, the table length can expand or retract as needed, perfect for families who enjoy hosting but want to conserve space daily. Whether used in a compact apartment or a spacious villa, an extendable dining table allows you to switch effortlessly between everyday dining and large gatherings. When paired with benches or chairs, it forms a complete and modern dining table set ideal for dynamic living.

What are the benefits of an extendable dining table?

The biggest benefit of an extendable dining table is its ability to adapt to your space and lifestyle. Our signature Transformer Table, for example, expands to host guests during holidays or special events and contracts when you need extra room for daily living. This makes it ideal for homes where hospitality is important but space can vary. Unlike traditional fixed tables, an extendable dining table maximizes functionality without adding bulk, helping maintain a clean and open layout. Indeed, it makes for a practical investment in both elegance and versatility.
